While planning an event of any magnitude can be a daunting, yet exciting task. Of course you want it to be a success; and what better way to achieve that than to hire the best and most highly qualified vendors in town.

Asking a bartender to pour the drinks at your wedding reception for a few hours is nothing new. How about hiring a mobile bar catering service that will not only bring in a full service staff and all the necessary equipment to cater your beverage needs, but also create custom libations that are sure to bring cheer to you and all of your guest the whole night long. It is our top priority to go above and beyond the expectations of our clients and their guests. That experience begins with a one-on-one consultation to learn the minute details of their special day and the type of service they expect from a chosen vendor. We offer our clients private consultations at Imperial Events office suite,  located at 400 Galleria Parkway SE Suite 1500 Atlanta, GA 30339. Leading up to the wedding date, we are in constant contact with our clients to ensure all bar questions are answered and they are never left wondering what to do next. An Imperial Style Shoot – Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead.

Atlanta Wedding Photography

Imperial Events had the opportunity to work with several of Atlanta’s amazing wedding professional during our style shoot this spring. We had our eye set on a hidden gem located in the prestigious Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta as our location for the shoot. This hidden gem is the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, which is a full-service boutique style hotel with a classic southern charm. They offer 230 guest rooms, a lovely ballroom which accommodates up to 200 guest seated and complimentary shuttle service within 3 mile radius that is surrounded by some of Atlanta hottest attractions.  The linen for our style shot was provided by no other than the fabulous I Do Linens. We selected their gray linen with yellow napkins to accent the mercury and silver decor’ and yellow floral arrangements created by 2000 A.D. Inc.  We could never finish our design without having our tablescape sweeten by Sweet Seats of Atlanta, who provided their clear chiavari chairs and silver chair cushions to seal the deal. The fabulous wedding gown worn by our model was provided by Ivory Bridal and Formal Wear located in Atlanta. The Kitty Chen Couture Roslyn gown is available in ivory or white. This princess style ball gown has a beautiful beaded bodice and mesmerizing tulle on the skirt. When brides try on this dress all they want to do is twirl!  Also a Big Thank You goes to TheaMarie owner of Makeup by TheaMarie for providing our model with flawless makeup and Denise Gober owner of D&G Hair Artistry for making our model hair fabulous. To all the wedding professionals that help to make this shot successful, thank you very much.  Last but never least all photo credit goes to Made You Look Photography, thank you for all of your hard work and making all of our images flawless.

Sharing Your Special Day with Your Mother!

Image

Last year it was brought to my attention by the mother of the bride that she did not get a private moment with her daughter before she walked down the aisle. I thought about it for a moment and it did come to my mind that unlike the father of the bride that has a chance to talk with his daughter before walking her down the aisle, the mother of the bride does not get that opportunity. With this past weekend being Mother’s Day weekend, I thought it would be a great time to share a short but sweet message with you.

For most of my clients this day is full of emotion and excitement.  The bridesmaid, maid of honor/matron of honor is just as excited, for you!  Not only you, but they can not wait to see everything come together..  Somewhere along the way the bride is so worried about her makeup, hair  and how the reception area will look and entertain all of her friends during the pre-bridal session, that she forget who has helped her is some way or another along the way.  The one and only MOM!  She does not want to steal your time away from your friends, nor does she want to steal your lime light, but what she does want is that one special moment on what will be one of the biggest day’s in your life.  For most mother’s that want that time alone with you to say how proud they are of you before you say I Do!  They also want you to share with you a little wisdom on marriage.  This moment with your mother is also a great moment for the photographer to get a photo shoot with just you and her.  This will be a picture that only you and her can share what emotions or words that were shared during this moment.

As my father always told me you only have one mother and always love her with all your heart. Make sure that at some point and time during your pre-bridal photo session or before you walk down the aisle to say “I Do”, you take a moment to let your mother know how much she means to you on this day.

I hope that you found this information valuable to you and your wedding planning! As always, Imperial Events would like to thank you for taking the time to read our blog!

Until next time!!!

Best regards,

Sandy Bell, Owner of Imperial Events, Inc.
